TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Although TRAVERSE RUN is a 5-day event, registration includes food and accommodation for 8 days and 7 nights (31 May - 7 June), as well as all transport throughout the event.

Participants should arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) on Sunday 31 May.

Departure flights or other travel should be scheduled after 18:00 on Sunday, 7 June. Flights departing before 18:00 will incur extra charges for early transport and may require travel immediately after completion of stage 5.

Additional nights in Tanzania (pre- or post-event) can be booked as add-ons at registration. We encourage you, too, to consider making the most of your time in Tanzania by booking a wildlife safari or Kilimanjaro climb.
